Ingredients:
Dried sage-1/2 tsp.
chopped yellow onion-1
Dried rosemary; -1/2 tsp.
chopped carrot-1
Dried
thyme-1/2 tsp.
minced garlic cloves; -3
chopped celery stalk; -1
Turkey quarters-2 lbs.
Chicken stock-1 cup
olive oil-2 tbsp.
bay leaves-2
Salt and black pepper to the taste
Directions:
Rub turkey quarters with salt, pepper, half of the oil, thyme, sage, rosemary, and thyme and put in your air fryer and cook at 360 °F, for 20 minutes.
In а skillet that accommodates your air fryer, blend the onion with carrot, garlic, celery, the remainder of the oil, stock, cove leaves, salt, and pepper and hurl.
Include turkey and present everything in your air fryer and cook at 360 °F, for 14 minutes more.
