Ingredients:
- chicken thighs; bone in and skin on-8
- Apple cider vinegar-1 tbsp.
- Chopped onion-3 tbsp.
- Grated ginger-1 tbsp.
- Dried thyme-1/2 tsp.
- apples; cored and cut into quarters-3
- apple juice-3/4 cup
- maple syrup-1/2 cup
- Salt and black pepper to the taste
Directions:
- In а bowl, blend chicken with salt, pepper, vinegar, onion, ginger, thyme, squeezed apple, and maple syrup; hurl well,
- Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.
- Move this whole blend to а heating dish that accommodates your air fryer, include apple pieces, place into your air fryer and cook at 350 °F, for 30 minutes.
- Share among plates and serve warm.
