Copycat Cracker Barrel hashbrown casserole of course I tweeked it to add flavor.In a bowl add a bag( 10 oz bag) of shredded hashbrowns,
1 can of cream of chicken,
half of a cup of butter( I used a 1/3 cup of melted butter)
some chopped onions,
1 cup of sour cream,
2 cups of fresh grated cheddar cheese(I used 1 cup)
Now I added to this recipe 1cup fresh grated Monterey jack cheese(pepper jack would taste great as well)
garlic and onion powder,
season salt,
smoked paprika,
black pepper and parsley.
Mix well and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
