Ingredients :1/3 cup salted butter
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons milk
2 Tablespoons light corn syrup
3 drops Maple Extract or Vanilla
1 8 oz. package Pillsbury Crescent Roll Dough Sheet
Cinnamon and Sugar
Directions :
Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray a 9 inch pie dish with non stick spray. Set aside.
In a small sauce pan, melt the butter over low-med heat. Add brown sugar, milk, corn syrup and maple flavoring, stir and heat till the sugar is dissolved. Don’t simmer. Remove from heat and pour into the prepped pie dish.
Open the dough sheet, roll out and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up the long side, as tight as you can. Slice into 3/8 - 1/2 inch slices snd place them in the caramel sauce. Bake for 18 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute and invert onto a serving plate.
