Ingredients :1 ( 16 oz) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed I cold water & drained.
3 medium carrots, grated
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
3/4 cup celery, chopped
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese cubes
2 cups mayonnaise
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions :
In a large bowl, combine the macaroni and vegetables. Add the cheese cubes. In another bowl, combine with a whisk the mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper. Pour over the salad and throughly combine. Store in the fridge until time to serve. Store leftovers in the fridge. Serves 15-20
