Ingredients :
2lbs chicken
1 cup of Frank’s red hot buffalo sauce
1 cup of ranch
1 tsp Garlic powder
1tsp black pepper
1.5 cup mozzarella
Cheese 1.5 cup sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz cream cheese ,
one scoop of sour cream .
Directions :
Chicken dip into buffalo chicken poppers - nice switch up . I just rolled the mixure into balls and let sit in the freezer a few hours to firm up. I then rolled them in flour , then egg and lastly seasoned panko breadcrumbs.
