Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (like Frank's RedHot)
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
  3. Bake: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  4. Serve: Serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks, tortilla chips, or crackers.
